Pros

Decent chance to build your resume. Hours are very good and reasonable. Teams are positive and the people are generally great. Given a good amount of trust to find your way and help customers as feels best. No script you have to follow, just checkmarks to hit on a call for quality.

Cons

Changes in progression have taken away most routes to a career. Changes in management have stripped much of what made the company unique and it feels more corporate than ever.

Like everything in life, there's a start and an end... it was GREAT before things ended. Enjoy each fleeting moment (if you find a great company with a unique core culture that is radiated throughout the organization top to bottom, left to right and diagonally). Those were the best days of all my employment experience (for any company I've worked). Regardless of how the media portrays the CEO, he created something special, along with the entire community of Zapponians.
