Pros
Unfortunately there are no Pros to working at Therabody, unless losing your sanity is considered a Pro.
Cons
There are so many cons to working at this company it's hard to name them all. To start, the entire "training" process is anything but that. You're forced to learn it all yourself, ask minimal questions, and keep up or you're cut. On top of that, after your minimal "training" you're thrown into work to fend for yourself and keep up with their entirely too high standards and micromanagement. You will also be asked to do the workload of multiple people with no raises, an unlivable hourly wage, and a toxic management team who pulls you in so many unnecessary meetings and directions a day then comes down on you for not completing their impossible workload. They fire people, then throw their workload onto the remaining team expecting them to keep up, while having a toxic manager watching their every move, questioning their work minute by minute and dissecting word by word every bit of work they do submit. Unfortunately a complaint to HR will get you no where. I worked here for a year, and unfortunately their management has only taken a turn for the worse. They have cut/lost more than 5 employees in one month, leaving customer service in the hands of 2 team members due to their stubborn mindset. They blame their team, instead of supporting them. Management will also pull you into multiple hour long meetings, grilling you until they break you down. Two breakdowns/panic attacks from two different team members due to the same manager should tell you something. HR is the most unhelpful, toxic group of people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They hardly support team members who have complained of poor management/micromanagement. The company continues to acquire, acquire, acquire, with no training, and support to their customer service team to keep up. On top of such, is the worst QA management I have ever experienced in my years of customer service.
