Okay, but a lot of pressure on Multitasking

A lot of pressure to multitask due to taking incoming calls and having to send follow up emails immediately. No real break in between calls to fully focus on just the one customer

No good reasons to work here.

Cons

This company does not understand that they need to follow employment laws for the state that an employee resides in, especially with regard to separation and timing of last paycheck. If they can't get this right, that pretty much tells you all you need to know about everything else. Not much works well when a CEO insists on being directly involved in every decision.
