Pros

Benefits - Free health/vision/dental coverage - 15 days PTO and 20 days PTO once you hit your 5 year anniversary - Life insurance - Short and long term disability - 401K with a 3% contribution from the company - Annual bonus at the company's discretion - Work from home opportunities for late night or weekend shifts - Company provides the equipment needed for the Customer Success Team so you do not have to use your personal laptop or phone Work environment/company culture - Relaxed work environment without a strict dress code - Open floor concept which makes it easier to collaborate with colleagues when needed - Supportive and caring colleagues and management team - Free coffee, snacks, and cold refreshments - Adjustable standing desks - Pool and ping pong table in the lunch room - Frequent opportunities to socialize with colleagues outside of work (such as company happy hours, parties, and BBQs) This company feels more like a family than a corporate office. I enjoy all of my colleagues as well as the management team. The CEO and upper management are approachable and make it a point to introduce themselves and get to know every single employee they hire. The starting salary and health benefits are very competitive for a customer service representative position. There are also major growth opportunities as the company likes to promote their employees from within. I started as a customer service rep, however, I quickly realized this would be my career, and I see myself spending many years at this company. The company is rapidly growing and has a strong future ahead.

Cons

Could be considered a con for some: This is not a position for those that do not work hard. As a customer service representative, you will work as part of a team, and management will notice if you are not contributing to your team's workload.
