TherapyNotes is easily the best company I’ve worked for. As a growing company, there’s so much room for growth and opportunity. Even with all this growth, the company hasn’t lost sight of what’s important - it’s employees! You don’t just feel like a number here. It’s a great feeling knowing that I work with employees and management that continue to make me feel valuable to the company everyday. I know that this is a company that I can grow in my career and will support me in wanting to learn new aspects of marketing/the company as a whole. Honestly, this is the best work environment I have ever experienced. There is a lovely mix of professionalism, respect, and acceptance and diversity at TherapyNotes. From the first day, colleagues and management have been friendly, approachable, open, kind and inclusive. I have always felt like my interests, concerns and ideas have been nurtured. I also feel there are endless possibilities for growth, as the company likes to promote within. I have made lasting friendships here. No where else can I crack a joke with the CEO of the company just passing him in the hallway.
