Pros

In office culture is fun: free snacks and drinks. There is a beanbag room which is good for a chill moment. There is a pool table and multiple gaming cabinets. There are company lunches and other various events. Training is extensive to ensure you understand the product and your role surrounding the product. When I bring up concerns or the like with management, it feels like I am heard and then actions occur to prove I was heard. There is room for growth here. It feels good to know I work for a company that supports the mental health community.

Cons

Like with any customer service role, some of the customers are not pleasant to work with.
