Pros

We work diligently to craft and support amazing software. With a growing capacity and an evolving feedback loop, I’ve never felt more confident in our ability to adapt to healthcare’s demanding information technology requirements. It's an exciting mission that we work toward as an increasingly agile and well-equipped team. Prospects aside, it’s the culture that truly makes this a rewarding place to work. I can’t thank my mentors, peers, and other coworkers enough for enriching my life, education, and work experience for over five years. Leadership in the company is strong and employees are treated well, including competitive compensation, work-life balance, and career development opportunities.

Cons

Things have only really ever improved since I started working here, allowing for the unavoidable challenges of a growing company. When something isn’t working or has room for improvement, there is always movement towards a solution.

Pros

Compensation is competitive, work-life balance is great, and the company is successful and growing rapidly, but the real selling point is the culture. The atmosphere is very positive from day to day, the team works very well together, and consistently do activities outside of work together. Typically, during the work hours it's a very active work environment, everyone works hard, but when the work day is over, that's your time.

Cons

Benefits package is great if single, but difficult for families. Not a great fit for those that want to "coast".

Pros

Working with a small team was a good time. Relaxing work environment. Worked with products that have become very successful. Friendly management staff (owner's mom is the HR department and treats everyone like family). Competitive salary and benefits. I'd highly recommend this place to others looking for a career in web development, design, or IT.

Cons

Often working on small, one-off projects that seem to be distraction from core products. Not many options for remote or WFH arrangements.

MOM will appreciate your comments. We agree that the small projects can be distracting. We are hoping to continue to hire more staff so we can spread the work and stay focused. Thank you for the feedback!
