      Pros

      Great team to work with. Focus on maintaining positive atmosphere. Everyone from bottom up is cool to work with. Easy work, expectations kept realistic. Upward mobility is definitely there.

      Cons

      Low pay. Non-consistent hours. Odd schedule and traffic blows. Might be required to work (mandatory) overtime, show up to be sent home two hours in. Ten hour shift is cool, but waking up at 4am to get there sucks. 'Worker' base is too diverse to connect with the crew meaningfully.

      Pros

      Thrive Market does "walk the talk". It incorporates it's values into everyday decision making and is very focused on improving both the member and employee experience. This is by far the best start-up I've worked at.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively young company and founder-led, which can lead to decisions getting bottle-necked at the executive level. However, the executive team, including the CEO and CTO founders, are incredibly smart and very approachable. The company at-large has a lot of trust in their ability to make the right decisions for the company.
