      Pros

      Thrive focuses on getting it right. I have spent several years with the company and we continue to evolve and change to make sure we are delivering the best possible to our customer. We have found and attracted amazing talent that strives towards this goal. As a group, we work hard and do everything we can to deliver our best.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment, if you are not used to it, you might take a bit of time to get acclimated. Don't let that scare you though.

      - Strong company growth reinforces the need and desire for people to find healthy products they can afford - The mission resonates from the very top and is ingrained in the companies DNA and decision making - Opportunity for self driven individuals to make significant impact - Good overall prioritization on doing the big things right and not just trying to do everything at once - Fully remote and flexible to work and provide balance

      Cons

      - Benefits like 401k and Paid Holidays not as strong as other companies (flexible PTO policy does help with this some)
