      Thrive Market has an inspiring mission and a great team behind it. There is an authentic excitement to further our goals. It is remote first and leadership does a good job bringing the team together in person periodically.

      Cons

      There are some normal growing pains from scaling to a larger organization.

      Pros

      Very team oriented where people help and support each other vs trying to compete with each other. Very clear message and goals for the business that create one north star.

      Cons

      Headcount does not grow with the business and demand of the business. Uncertainty of recession/economy does cause fear of what will happen with the overall business.
