I worked here for over a year. At first I was a dedicated, passionate employee with plans to stay here as long as possible. That changed when they brought on a manager who was never qualified for their job, did not match the so-called culture of Thrive, and immediately rubbed several people the wrong way across the business.
I personally underwent the most uncomfortable experience of witnessing her get in a heated argument with another employee right in front of my desk - UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional. The most ironic part: this person is responsible for your "experience" as an employee here.................what does that tell you?
Sadly this is a theme throughout the business. Most Managers are young and inexperienced in managing others. HR talks about developing and training their leadership team but never delivered. When concerns of the same corruptive issues were brought to them (by several people) they pretended to be appalled and then simply brushed it to the side.
When I finally left because of the severely unhealthy conditions (again, the irony..) they hired a replacement who ALSO left after just 5 days.
Do not put yourself through the trouble of working here. UNLESS you're joining the Finance team. Those people are 5-star individuals and you should consider yourself lucky to work with them compared to other areas of the org.
