Pros

Great management, great co-workers, and great office environment! The work space is incredibly relaxed: they have a fully stocked kitchen, food is catered every day for lunch, and they have plenty of amenities to relax with when you are on your breaks.

Cons

None that I can think of!

Pros

Free breakfast and lunch, a beautiful office, and feeling like you are contributing to company that could do great things for others. Cool concept.

Cons

*This is not just another disgruntled employee writing a negative review about a company. I actually left the company a few months ago and have reflected on my experience and time at Thrive.* Employees were extremely overworked and didn't have much of a voice. There seems to be a certain "culture fit" that works well at Thrive. If you aren't aligned with that "culture fit" then you should just pack up and spend your time working for a more open minded company who appreciates the work you do. People seemed to be pretty fake and surface level which was interesting because the company mission is to help all types of people across the country, no matter how different they must be. I guess if you want people to spend money with your company you will say just about anything, even if it doesn't align with the way you treat your employees or the way that they treat each other.

Corruptive management will be the death of Thrive Market.

Pros

Lots of snacks, free catered lunch.

Cons

I worked here for over a year. At first I was a dedicated, passionate employee with plans to stay here as long as possible. That changed when they brought on a manager who was never qualified for their job, did not match the so-called culture of Thrive, and immediately rubbed several people the wrong way across the business. I personally underwent the most uncomfortable experience of witnessing her get in a heated argument with another employee right in front of my desk - UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional. The most ironic part: this person is responsible for your "experience" as an employee here.................what does that tell you? Sadly this is a theme throughout the business. Most Managers are young and inexperienced in managing others. HR talks about developing and training their leadership team but never delivered. When concerns of the same corruptive issues were brought to them (by several people) they pretended to be appalled and then simply brushed it to the side. When I finally left because of the severely unhealthy conditions (again, the irony..) they hired a replacement who ALSO left after just 5 days. Do not put yourself through the trouble of working here. UNLESS you're joining the Finance team. Those people are 5-star individuals and you should consider yourself lucky to work with them compared to other areas of the org.
