Man where do I start..... I have never seen a company waste so much. It is really hard to believe that they are still in business. Sales and Marketing is in another part of the state and acts like a totally different company who extremely hard to collaborate with. Culture is horrible - Turnover rate is really high Management will smile and tell you one thing then turn around stab you in the back Management also piles more responsibilities on you to the point that you over neck deep with work Seems like Human Resource Department is practicing like it’s the 1970's. Cannot work from home - not even if you are sick once a year. You will have to use your very limited PTO Treats employees like criminals – Do your time 8-5. Hours are not flexible meaning if cannot come in a little early and leave a little early to go to a doctor’s appointment unless you want to use your very limited PTO. Random drug tests once a month The bottom line is only take a job here if you are looking for experience.
