Horrible place to work...

Pros

None that I can think of its a pretty stressful place where it doesn't need to be. My experience for the years I worked there it was by far the worst company I have ever been employed by.

Cons

You have to do everybody else's job for them and get treated unfairly. They scream about safety but in reality they don't care even when multiple safety violations has occurred. Most of the people in the higher jobs are down right lazy and refuse to learn any new processes.

Work from wherever you want If you don’t work here, don’t start!

Cons

- Leadership is out of touch with reality. - Most Executives use their role to destroy others careers - Be prepared for no feedback - Has a bunch of Values they talk but, Executives don’t live them - Expect to work nights, weekends and your PTO and for it to be forgotten when it comes to the value you provide.

Human Resources is in charge

Pros

Overall my area if the company was a pretty good place to work. Immediate management seemed to be concerned about work life balance initially.

Cons

Human Resources is very much in charge of the company from top to bottom. Once they have determined you are a liability, they will go after you until you are gone. I also found that the company is very cliquish. Attempting to work with other groups is a bit like going back to high school. Safety is preached and practiced by junior management but overall is not taken as seriously as it should be. Everything within the company is skewed towards what is good for the Tillamook site. The benefits were pretty good when I came on, but have been tiled more towards what is good for the company and not the employee.
