Pros

If you’re looking at TimelyCare as a potential employer, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and run far, far away.

Cons

They treat their employees like petulant children. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.

This characterization does not reflect the standards we set for how our teams are led or supported. We operate with clear expectations and accountability, particularly in sales roles focused on driving high performance and growth, and we recognize that this environment is not the right fit for everyone. We remain focused on strengthening leadership, coaching, and team development to ensure our people are set up to succeed.

Pros

There were kind and supportive coworkers who make the workplace better.

Cons

A lot of preferential treatment and blatant favoritism. Those who were working hard and diligently don't get the acknowledgment and salary raise they deserved and I'm one of them! It felt terrible how we're overlooked and neglected when we're the ones working too hard!

Pros

The only bright spot here is the people. I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible, hardworking, and supportive group of colleagues who genuinely care about the mission and each other. They are the reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

This company has gone downhill under new leadership. The current direction has led to widespread burnout, lack of communication, and low morale. Leadership rarely interacts with employees and seems disconnected from the day-to-day reality of the business. There’s been a troubling pattern of talented people — especially employees of color — being let go, raising serious concerns about equity and inclusion. The company constantly talks about “values,” but fails to acknowledge or prepare for the real challenges happening in the political and higher education landscape that directly affect its market. Meanwhile, employees are expected to do more and more work for minimal pay, while executives brag about personal luxuries like lake houses and boats. It’s also worth noting that the overly positive reviews you might see here are often encouraged internally — a push to make the company look better than it really is. Final Note: Stay away from this company until leadership and priorities change. The amazing coworkers aren’t enough to make up for the dysfunction at the top.
