Pros

Getting paid. That is the only reason I stayed.

Cons

Harassment was relentless from those constantly obsessing over targets. Pressure dominated every moment as if hitting numbers was the only thing that mattered and failure was unforgivable. The intensity and constant reminders crushed any sense of well being.

We set ambitious goals and operate with a strong performance orientation, particularly in roles tied to growth and revenue. That pace and level of accountability can feel intense and is not the right fit for everyone. At the same time, our intent is to set clear expectations, provide support and coaching, and recognize that results are achieved by people who are respected and supported. We continue to refine how we balance high standards with well-being as we grow and learn, and we use feedback from our quarterly Engagement Surveys to guide our priorities.

I honestly can not think of a true con, every company has their quirks but the overall culture and desire to work together to support our members and providers always turns out to be a pleasant and exciting job.

The role places heavy emphasis on outbound volume without adequate consideration for market readiness or lead quality. Targets are aggressive, scripts change frequently, and feedback focuses almost entirely on numbers. Support is limited once goals are assigned, which makes it difficult to improve strategically. The pressure to perform overshadows collaboration and long-term relationship building.
