Everything. "Growing pains" is a sorry excuse for why it's terrible to work at Tinuiti. Sure, you can say that "change is inevitable" when a company grows. Of course though, we all know that when you sell your company, your goal becomes money, not people, not culture. It's hard for Tinuiti to fake their interest in people and culture. This becomes more and more obvious on a daily basis. It's almost comical how many people are suffering and how little is done. The CEO is tone deaf because he's focused on growing his company. A lot of the higher ups there care more about making the most money off of their investment in Tinuiti and could not possibly care less about the people there. It's almost like a running joke within the company. It becomes entertaining to see how many start and quit within their first year. Every department feeling the same thing. Let's not forget here folks, their whole gig is to drive people to a product. Driving people to their own business is their biggest campaign to date. When they win "best place to work" that's the result of a campaign. When they win awards, it's because of campaigning. These aren't genuine facts that are based on the reality of the situation, it's based on the simple idea that those who work there and like it - vote - and tell their friends to vote. The majority that work there and hate it - say nothing - because they don't want to lose their job. So the results are skewed. Just remember: The Fyre Music Festival was advertised like it was going to be the greatest music festival since Woodstock and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The reality was absolutely nothing like advertised.
