Leadership who actually care about you as a person. Get to see some of the coolest offices and homes in the area. Surrounded by successful clients every day. Beautiful clothes!

Cons

Really challenging at times. Gotta have grit to do the cold calls and build up the clientele.

This company will brain wash employees. There is no work life balance. If you disagree with management you are given hell.
