Business Outlook
Pros
Pros are the co-workers. For the majority the sales, payroll and recruitment team I worked with were fantastic. My two direct team leads for my employment was spectacular. I felt heard and supported by them. Unfortunately, they had no real power to help me achieve my growth goals.
Cons
Directors/ higher leadership is unsupportive. No growth opportunities. Unrealistic work expectations and unachievable goals. Even when goals were hit no appreciation was received by the higher ups. Never received a raise, instead received a commission cut. Multiple layoffs of experienced talent then hiring new employees the same week. Putting people in seats where they were unqualified just to keep them since they were favored. Horrible work/life balance.
