Pros

-good company to work for -recent merger is creating excitement and new opportunities -fun and smart people to work with who bring value to the organization -pretty good benefits and monthly costs -monthly recognition (Jukebox Hero award) -challenging work -the music/technology mix is super cool! -flexibility -for the most part, employees and mgmt work hard to make the company a good place to work

Cons

-company often gets a bad wrap on social media sites like Glassdoor from disgruntled, negative employees who are miserable at work, at home and are a distraction to others around them. people who don't want to be here should do us all a favor and leave - it's simple. -only 1 week paternal leave - the company should consider 2 or 3 weeks -no 401(k) match, although the CEO recently announced that we should be getting it soon. -as the company moves forwards, there is a lot of constant change that may be unsettling for some (not necessarily a con), if you're good with change, you'll thrive here.

Thanks for this review, I appreciate it very much. I like how you call out "challenging work" as a pro. That's exactly how I think about it as well. I have the most fun and satisfaction when I am working on that is hard or has never been done before. On your advice, for employees that might be struggling with change I work hard to have empathy for them. Change is hard, and I have found that if affects people in different ways. Some people just need more time or perhaps the change made wasn't the right one and we need to adjust. It is definitely a journey with the goal of getting as many people to the other side as possible.

Pros

Despite TouchTunes' steady growth over the past 7 years, it still feels like I'm coming to work at a startup most days. TouchTunes has leveraged its financial stability to push the evolution of its product line and expand divisions, so my team is constantly working on something new. If you've got the chops do your job and learn on the go, you'll be rewarded with a career path.

Cons

Some initiatives can become lost in the web of executive signoffs, as so many departments can overlap on a single effort. Assign clear project leads to manage approvals to help streamline the process. Also, 401K would be great,

Thanks for your positive review. I appreciate it. I love your reference to working on new things, I also enjoy that, as it keeps things fresh and interesting. I hear you on the need for clarity of ownership on complex initiatives, this is something we have worked hard to clean up since you wrote this review. We also now have a 401k match!
