Pros
Liked working for the company my first couple of years then it went down hill
Cons
Too much focus on metrics No work life balance if your salary expect to work over 55hrs a week easy and if your lucky maybe a 30 minute meal break. No hours yet they expect you to get everything completed Years with no raise and when you do your lucky if it's over 1% No bonus. And you get the privilege of working every holiday. For a company that promotes family, you get to see and do end little time with yours. But don't complain to corporate since they get to spend the holidays with their family they could care less about you.
