Feedback from happy customers! They joy you see on children when they see what they been looking forward to all day!

Cons

Favoritism by management. Dealing with unhappy customers. Very little payroll, leading to unhappy customers. Blame managers on duty for not "greeting customers" even though you're dealing with 3 other things at the same time!

Pros

I have the opportunity working in very competitive but friendly environment on a daily basis. It's a business that's mostly kids and babies oriented, I have lots of moments of fun serving mothers and kids particularly.

Cons

The company tends to focus to much on the now without having s clear vision for the future, which leave management and associates playing catch up most of the time with regard to daily operations.

Pros

Have worked with a lot of really good people. Most have left or are looking to leave. Good benefits Payroll has been cut by 25%

Cons

You know a company is in trouble when the credit card is main selling focus. They push selling metrics and customer surveys to the extreme. When upper management is told that stores are cheating the look the other way. They even let people bonus off these numbers. I know one manager just left the company because they refused to cheat. Have cut payroll every year so it's managers who are picking up the slack. My store manger and I have been working 11-13 HR days for months DM says we will get extra days off. Haha
