Reasonable salary for most of the year, staff discount can come in handy building up to Christmas.

Cons

Senior management unable or unwilling to support store management teams, no advance notice of shifts, leading to terrible work/home balance. When store hours are slashed, managers are used to fill gaps as their time doesn't go towards budget. No extra pay or time off in lieu for this extra work.
