Pros

Pays well if you are starting out your career and are ready to put in excessive hours.

Cons

Job description totally inaccurate to the actual position. More accurately an associate position. As management you will spend 90% of your time replenishing store and on cash register. Virtually no staff. You will not have anyone to delegate tasks to. You will be doing it yourself. Work life balance is terrible. You will not have a lunch and its common to be called back from vacation. Your salary is compensated for 45 hour work week but will work a minimum of 65 a week of manual labor. Remember that during negotiations. A veteran manager with many years on experience will be taking a step back in their career. No place to grow your skill set or move up within the company.
