The associates and lower level management are the most helpful and knowledgeable

Cons

Horrible leadership in management, this place has the absolute worst technology ever. Scanners and printers are always going "out of network" losing connection, its like working with 1987 technology. The upper managers ridicule "new hires" they talk about them in negative ways.

Interacting with customers, the feeling you get when you help find the perfect gift for a child

Cons

Advancement? Haha no. Always hiring more people at cheaper pay. Credit cards, reward cards, buyer protection plans and so on. And the people all act like middle schoolers.

Pros

The people are nice. I really enjoyed to environment. It is very laid back, if you are lazy then this is your place. It isn't too busy most days.

Cons

The schedule is awful and the management is awful. The customers can ask for ridiculous request and are rude usually. The managers are disorganized.
