Pros

You work with toys, the work is not mentally challenging.

Cons

Everything else. Poor pay, poor management, poor accountability. No opportunities to advance. They treat their lowest associates poorly, and as such these associates rarely stay later than they have to, and subsequently their leftover work falls on the backs of those who actually care about their job. I'll give you a hint, the backs being strained aren't a part of management.
