The most unorganized department I've ever worked with!

Pros

If you're in your 20's, don't have a family and just gaining your first experience, maybe it's not the worst place ( but it's surely not the best one!)

Cons

Minimum hourly rate. You have to be always available! If you have a child and trying to work your schedule with them, they make you feel like the worst person, because the best criteria for them - YOU HAVE TO BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE! Very unfriendly team!

Some crazy parents. Management was weird to me, they just seemed so withdrawn, and distant to me.
