Pros

Most Co-workers are really friendly and nice and helpful. The kids are all cute, it's great to put a smile on their faces.

Cons

They push metrics way too much. Managers practically shove it down your throat about metrics. You get a talking to every time you don't meet your goals. They also don't train new people enough. They get a few hours to learn basics and that's it. And recovery sucks. Hire some people to go put re-shop away during store hours instead of having to stay an hour after closing.

Pros

Associates are nice, and everyone seems to work towards a common goal. Somewhat competetive pay for the area and type of job.

Cons

Complete lack of training and communication. Had two hours with another associate on register, then left on my own. Was hired for one position, my first day discovered I was going to be in another position (one I would not have accepted) with no discussion with me. Upper managers will explain some things in minute detail, while glossing over other things (usually the things I've never done before.)

Pros

Customers and fellow customers made it worth coming to work. I preferred working with night crew over any other.

Cons

Training....there was none. Management had their own agendas and talked about each other badly. Schedules would be horrible. I remember being scheduled back to back. Overnight and then back literally 2 hours later.
