      Run Away

      Pros

      Lots of good associates that have been brain washed to stay with a company that treats them bad. The pay is good in retail but no bonus?

      Cons

      They will use and abuse you till you think it is over then do it some more. As a manager don't expect any time off, six days a week, even sevens, are the norm and you never get that time back. If you like treating employees bad this is the place to be, the thought is they work better if they think they will be fired.

      Pros

      The company seems to be sharp and progressive. It has a beautiful office and good salary and benefits. Quality of work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      New leadership is terrible. Very unapproachable and sometimes down right dishonest in their dealings with associates. The communication from the top is poor and it is obvious they are just there to sell the company and make their money.

      Pros

      at first it was a nice place to work at. i got job experience. and made a few good friends.

      Cons

      At first it was a great job but after a while i realized only the seasonal people were working. the people that had been there before was able to talk on the phone and tell everyone else what to do. if you were new you werent allowed to talk to anyone, and you were treated like slaves. its a very disrespectful work place.
