      Pros

      The company seems to be sharp and progressive. It has a beautiful office and good salary and benefits. Quality of work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      New leadership is terrible. Very unapproachable and sometimes down right dishonest in their dealings with associates. The communication from the top is poor and it is obvious they are just there to sell the company and make their money.

      Pros

      people that work there are really nice and fun work environment, learn alot for a first job.

      Cons

      do not give you alot of hours if you don't have more than 5 hours abailable in a day, you have to keep track of how many customers you have talked to every hour, how many batteries you have sold and how many birthday clubs you get.
