      Flexible scheduling for college students or those with 2nd jobs.

      Cons

      Dead end job. Very poor raises ---> received .50 raise in 2 years. Lack of guidance from managers/supervisors.

      Pros

      Pretty decent pay compared to other companies I've worked for, but it also depends on what position you fill. Most other employees are fun to work with. It's a pretty fun atmosphere all-around.

      Cons

      Management is biased when it comes to promotions and advancements, some of the management is very "stuck up," they are very particular about certain procedures--borderline anal.

      Toys are Us is a company that has had trouble in the past but in the last few years it has been heading in a great new and exciting direction.

      Cons

      The company will do a great job recruiting you if you are truly worth recruiting but they do not give you clear direction on where you may end up working.
