Pros

* Wonderful people * Will learn a lot * Great company culture, sincerely nice people * Beautiful campus, gym, Starbucks, nice cafeteria * Fun events to boost morale

Cons

* Those wonderful people you work alongside every day will get laid off. * Huge lay offs every year * You will learn a lot because you will be doing the job of 4 people. * Fresh out of college kids, with no experience, are practically running the place, poorly * The company is struggling. No raises. No bonuses. You will work very hard for no financial incentive. * No job security

Pros

Great members in the team, majority of the people you work with have a "yes we can do it" attitude. Dynamic work environment and industry.

Cons

Not enough support staff, most teams across the board run very lean which leads to high level of stress and overworked employees. Low morale
