Pros

There's not much good to say about it. Sometimes you get a day that's not extremely terrible. The pay is somewhat decent. Overall, you should really pass this job up.

Cons

First of all, it's disgusting as all hell. I know what I signed up for, but I didn't expect to have to deal with feces on a regular basis. They have diaper pals, but the customers don't seem to understand how they work. So you could come into contact with feces on a regular basis. People also just throw stuff all over the bathroom without a care. The hours are terrible. You come in at 6am and if you're lucky, you can leave at 10am. Believe me, you won't want to work any longer. This can be especially difficult if don't live 5 minutes away from the store. The worst part about the job is the management. There is no communication at all. Everyone is just roaming around, and doing whatever. Also, everyone seems to be on their cell phones all of the time, including managemnent. If you give management your availbility, they'll just toss it out and schedule you when it's convienent for them.

Pros

Flexible hours depending the moods of management. Sometimes if you ask for a day off they'll take it as you don't want to work and give you no hours for a week.

Cons

Little background. I treat everyone with respect and kindness despite how they treat me keeping in mind I will do my best to go that beyond in my work. But I will not get yelled at every day I work for something I simply did not do. Not to mention I show up for my shifts on time and almost never call out, With that in mind I'll randomly get a text for them asking me to come in earlier which is not a bad thing but I share a vehicle with other people in my house, so when I decline occasionally they get upset at me. And my next shift will be hell. Sincerely, no longer doing the extra percent worker. I am in the process of getting a different job.
