Pros

You get to be a superhero to kids everywhere. You get to relive memories of your youth as you create new memories for the youth of today. You get to see and be around all the coolest new toys out there. Very supportive of work/life balance, and it really shows they care about their employees. I loved everyone I worked with - not a single problem was had.

Cons

Sometimes not enough hours to go around, but this is often dictated by business.
