Pros

Get to see the latest video games, it is nice to see the new toys as well and old ones from childhood

Cons

Employee discount is not good, pay is low, overworked employees. Not enough training, retail companies should really just think about making all of their staff full time and mid year bring on a few part timers for the season because it is crazy at the amount overturn the company has.

Pros

While Managers and Directors expect dedication and hard work from their teams, most accommodate for the balance of home life, especially with those who have children, and sudden emergencies.

Cons

There is no Cons to this. Work life balance and the ability to work from home, or shift hours occasionally is essential to keeping a happy team that is WILLING to work hard.
