TraceLink Sales Development Representative (SDR) reviews

Anyone who has basic life skills, choose a different route. You will not make it here. agree with the other SDR comment. was in tracelink for less than one year. and I wish I did not waste it. whilst working there more than I can count have left and or been fired because they dont like people with opinions. If you dont do what management says, you are singled out. Management is the worst I have seen in a while. After multiple complaints HR does not action any items. There is no career progression for the SDRs. It is also not a hybrid role noir remote, although 80% of the employees work from different countries just not for SDRs. Management says they dont micromanage, I feel like they need a dictionary to look up the meaning of that

- You must use template at all time, just some add on like company name and title , all the rest is there you cannot use your skills. - micromanaging at al time, such us what time you need to outbound , what time you need to call, how many calls etc…. - manager sending report of activities every day questioning why you did just 48 activities and no 50 as requested. - they are trying to lunch a new product since 3/4 years, it they would have told me i would never join them!
