The most micromanaged company that I have ever been a part of. Daily pipeline meetings along with 1:1's and weekly pipeline meetings are such a waste of time. They do this because upper management does not trust anyone. The sales team that sells to healthcare needs a major overhaul. No one is happy and none of the reps are trusted by management - even the few reps who are doing well. People have complained over and over again about this, but Tracelink's executives refuse to listen and make a change. There have been over 15 people who have either quit or been fired in the past year, but that still isn't a big enough warning sign to the executives. It also doesn't help that there is no HR team to make the changes that are necessary. People will continue to find jobs elsewhere and that team will eventually disappear.
