Constant Sales Mgmt Turnover, CEO and COO completely out of touch. Toxic Culture

Pros

Compensation, PTO, internal teams, nice office

Cons

Top leadership are narcissists with over the top egos. They are completely disconnected from the market and their employees. Their vision is nothing but micro-managing and bullying to all employees. They are completely closed off to constructive criticism. Key employees including the BEST CRO departed due to them pushing him out due to non conformance of their vision. The environment and culture is toxic. They need a total regime change. The CEO and COO need to realize they are doing more harm than good and they need to step aside.

no pros in tracelink. sorry.

Cons

Anyone who has basic life skills, choose a different route. You will not make it here. agree with the other SDR comment. was in tracelink for less than one year. and I wish I did not waste it. whilst working there more than I can count have left and or been fired because they dont like people with opinions. If you dont do what management says, you are singled out. Management is the worst I have seen in a while. After multiple complaints HR does not action any items. There is no career progression for the SDRs. It is also not a hybrid role noir remote, although 80% of the employees work from different countries just not for SDRs. Management says they dont micromanage, I feel like they need a dictionary to look up the meaning of that

Work/Life Balance is a problem

Pros

The company has very ambitious vision and decent benefits. Smart engineers and thoughtful leadership.

Cons

A bit disorganized. The process claims to be agile, but it is still waterfall. Very old. No CICD Features are more important than quality. Work/life balance is an issue. If you have a family, this might not be place for you. You will be working late hours and weekends. There is no end in sight to this.
