Pros

Tracelink has a unique opportunity to dominate Track and Trace and Compliance Market Space Globally. Creative Solution with a potential to add value and solution that is under represented by the larger SCM/ERP software vendors

Cons

Company Culture is at Best Toxic with more focus on selling then delivering a solid solution that built the Companies Reputation. Current new Product up dates/releases are a disaster. Plagued with Bugs that should have never made it through a simple QA review. Customers are growing very skeptical of the long term stability of the solution stack and are increasingly put off by the quality of the solutions and Companies lack of response to addressing these issues.

Pros

Decent benefits. Good product.

Very disappointing experience so far. Objectives are not clearly communicated to employees, in fact, senior management is secretive about planning and direction. They don't know what to do with the healthcare segment; they have changed strategy several times since I have been here and they still don't know what to do. Some departments are run by arrogant and smug individuals who apparently believe they have all the answers, but it is abundantly clear from their lack of tangible results that they don't. Micromanagement by these individuals is rampant. The culture in North Reading is negative; people take themselves too seriously, and it is very cliquish.

Pros

There are some smart and nice people-but most of them got laid off The office is nice-which is great since you need to be in it all the time The free food is good-but you’ll end up gaining 15 pounds your first year

Cons

Large layoff at beginning of 2025. Unhealthy environment that got even worse after layoff. CEO doesn’t listen to employee feedback and treats employee concerns like a joke (laughing at layoff rumors 2 months before slashing jobs) CEO expects employees to work like a startup, working around the clock to get product out, then lays off everyone. Jobs are being eliminated in US and then filled in India.
