Pros

Co-workers, modern workplace setting, solid work/life balance, diverse staffing, easy commute

Cons

No longer collaborative/touts open door policies but only seems to address surface level feedback like what type of soft drinks we should have available with quarterly surveys but failing to address, communicate or entertain actual threats to the business, subpar product offerings that are far behind industry standards and user expectations, dismantling a successful and proven structure of business in favor of chaos, out of touch leadership and board members, severe lack of recognition and appreciation for both employees and clients, no succession planning or career development plans, unnecessary manager or director roles created without direct reports below them while tenured/loyal/dedicated staff is paid well below national, state and local averages. Unless you have a PhD in Under Water Basket Weaving and a cool haircut.

I wish you'd had a better impression of our company. It's a shame that you didn't use (or didn't benefit from) the many support systems in place to ensure that our sales staff have what they need to perform well, earn well, and build their careers with the company. If at any point you had visited me with your concerns while still employed with us, I would have taken them seriously and tried to help.

Pros

Relaxed environment with attached parking

Cons

The business is suffering and it has a cultish environment. Too many people in management that are not equipped to lead and exhibit unprofessional behavior. CEO is out of touch with her workers and only interacts with leadership.

It's unfortunate that you don't feel you're sharing in the success we've achieved as a company and a team. If you've been here, you were part of our outstanding growth in the past 5 years, you helped launch Trader Interactive as an independent company in 2017, and you helped build our market-leading brand with customers and consumers. We appreciate the contributions all our employees make and hope that you'll find a way to better connect with your team and our senior management. Our CEO is one click away by chat or email, and she will make time to meet with any employee about concerns big or small. If there's unprofessional behavior you're aware of _anywhere_ in the company, and particularly on our management team, please bring it to my attention immediately. You have an open door to the entire HR team and I'm happy to talk at any time about your concerns.
