Pros

TrainingPeaks offers excellent perks for employees that are also athletes. We have our own gym, flexible hours, group workouts and healthy snacks. My colleagues here are intelligent (brilliant even), inquisitive and inspirational. Our atmosphere is enthusiastic and collaborative. We use an agile development philosophy built around small and efficient teams.

Cons

Building is sometimes too cold.
