Position is fairly easy if you are even slightly proficient with IT

Cons

Call volume can be horrendous during peak months. Can be difficult to secure promotion based on KPI depending on which campaign you are placed into

Great operational structure, consistently working towards implementing employees recommendations for work life balance, time off etc. Positive reinforcement for any entry level person(s) looking to get their foot in the door @ the company. Straightforward expectations as far business operations

Cons

Subpar pay, no adjusted pay to inflation rates Not as much upward mobility as far as career opportunities/advancement Overtime only available during peak periods
