Pros

Work from home and that is ALL!

Cons

It’s hard to point everything because this company was by far the worst company I have ever worked in my entire life in 3 countries. - Terrible and unfair pay. (THEY OFFER DAILY PAY) IF YOU KNOW IT YOU KNOW IT. - Training is extensive and unnecessary, systems can change of out nowhere, when you start working what you learned during training most times won’t even be used. - Supervisors that work for National Grid project are TERRIBLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED, NO PEOPLE SKILLS WHATSOEVER, LAZY, MALICIOUS, CORRUPT. - HR is a JOKE. No compliance, nothing is taken seriously. Several employees reported abuse from management and NOTHING was done. - They give employees final notices without any prior warnings with the excuse that they don’t need to follow their own process. All they want is to terminate you. - Valuing talent is NOT part of their values or mission, THEY CARELESS about you all they need is someone talking on the phone so the client can pay them. - It’s not only bad because it’s a low pay callcenter job, it’s a malicious, corrupt company. STAY AWAY!

Pros

I had a really good trainer. She was the best part. And the obvious, getting paid on payday. That's it.

Cons

I was a collector. Something im pretty good at and was very excited to get hired here. Interview was easy. Walked out knowing i killed it and git the job. started the following week and then it bagan. Tbe training sucks. They took weeks to tell you the break down of your potential bonus. They give u a nearlt imoossible number to collect for yiu to hit your bonus. only 3 people in the whike office hit there bonus the time that i was employed there. That alone says something. They say unlimited bonus, but it's hard as a needle in a hay stack to hit ur bonus cause the percentage you get from collecting a payment isn't nothing at all. So to reach your goal is nearly impossible. Also everything you learn in training is not what you do out on the floor. The only thing in training that is good is being taught state and federal laws. other then that the way u note an account, method of collecting, and how to navigate the accounts are not totally taught. Also, other collectors can steal your accounts!!! This was unheard of in my previous collection jobs. They need to fix the way They do things about accounts and who it belongs to after a collector contacts a client. They teach you 10 windows to use out of 100. I was excited when I got hired here. I did see alot of bad reviews before starting but didn't pay them any attention. I regret that. The way this company operates on a daily basis is ridiculous. Would NOT recommend working here. EVER. Hated this job so much it made me sick EVERYDAY when I walked in the door, but then when my shift was over and I was leaving I felt great. Just take these reviews avoug this company into consideration before accepting your job offer.

Pros

Pay is good, will hire anyone off the street.

Cons

Leadership at the highest level is demeaning, they will mock you if you ask for help. The training was terrible, worst in the industry total waste of time. If you have to be trained by coworkers you risk being bullied and threatened by people who are trying to save their own paycheck and they will refuse to train you and will try to sabotage your work every moment to make themselves look better. Very high risk environment with people who openly refuse to do their work and make jokes about it yet still collect a paycheck. Psychotic threatening people are not fired because management is scared of them due to not knowing their own employees job roles and fear of losing business. Work here at your own risk and if you ask for help you will be bullied even worse. People with questionable backgrounds are left to push everyone else around in the work place.
