Unfortunately, now a dumpster fire.
Pros
Decent benefits package that starts day one.
Cons
Outsourcing front line contact and processing. Lack of flexibility in scheduling Low pay increases once with the company. CEO consistently tells employees how much money the company is making and fails to distribute that increase to.employees. CEO Alan D. Schnitzer has taken a pay increase since 2016 of 12.6 million dollars. Shareholder profit has increased almost 800% in the last 20 years and base employee salaries have only increased by 20%. The company used to have a very customer service and personal accountability mindset which has been replaced with a cost cutting and shareholder profit mindset. This has led to an overall toxic work environment in many ways, including unreasonable metrics, constant push for more to be done by front line employees at a quicker pace, increased employee burn out and turn over, and lack of customer satisfaction.
