      High turnover

      Pros

      Commission can be good, if you have a good territory. Good experience selling with no leads.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Management cant even do job. Stressful trying to meet sales goals. Low base salary. Waste of time meetings every morning, where you get to talk about your favorite ice cream and learn how to introduce yourself. Do not take this job under any circumstance

      I am sorry to hear you didn't find the meetings worthwhile. We are always open to suggestions and feedback including ways to make the morning meetings more productive and valuable. As for high turnover, it is unfortunate you didn't speak in depth with some of the senior sales consultants in the Dayton market. More than half of that team has been with us at least a year with several over 2 years. Best of luck to you in your next opportunity.

      They Hire Anyone

      If you need a job they will hire you.

      Cons

      They claim to have a great base salary. Their base salary is $22K per year which absolutely horrible if you do not meet your quota. Their leads are cold. Therefore, you are doing all of the prospecting, managing, selling/closing.

      Account Management Specialist

      Pros

      This company is exactly the place I was looking for when I pictured my dream job. I had been searching for a while and this opportunity just fell into my lap. This company is structured, yet laid-back at the same time. The team here is like a family. We have a culture that is can't be mimicked. Our community outreach alone is enough to make you feel like you are making an impact, which we do multiple times a year. I am so happy with the career change that I made with Trelevate.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any downsides to working for this company. The only concern I had when starting out was that it is a small company and that there might not be very much room for growth. I can say that I was wrong. In the short amount of time I have worked here, I have seen a tremendous amount of growth, with new markets opening up, taking on new clients, and new positions being created.
