Pros

I'm fairly new and raw to the sales gig and this is a great place to start. I struggled early on and management has really supported me. They could have let me flop on my own, but they provided great support and more. I'm not sure I'll ever be a top performer, but that is all on me.

Cons

Healthcare plan with a family...not good. Mileage reimbursement would help greatly.

Thank you for your feedback. So glad that you are utilizing the management support we offer all members on our team...that's why they are there. I hope you keep using them to become a top performer! As a smaller company, we do the best we can to offer the most comprehensive medical coverage at a reasonable price. We continually research other benefit options for our team. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. You can reach out to me in Human Resources at 1.877.294.9708 x 702.

Pros

Working at Trelevate is a good place to start your sales career, a student, or retired. Management is respectful and courteous sales training is adequate.

Cons

Because they are desperate to hire almost anyone, there is a lot of employee turnover. Not Cool. There is an over kill of board meetings, wasted time, time that could have been better spent working in territory.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Churn and Burn operation.

Cons

I was with the company less that 60 days and was let go. Local managers never went out. Within the five weeks they let 5 people go. Instead of training or working with you they fire you, management is too lazy to cultivate talent or go out in the field. Local management serves no purpose. Meetings are repetitive, every meeting you go over how to introduce yourself. Tiny salary. The only outside sales position without gas allowance, at the least.

It's unfortunate that you didn't find the morning meetings a valuable experience as the managers attempt to present content that can be used in the field to assist with the sales process. I would love to hear your suggestions for better content! Also, thank you for the valuable feedback to have the managers in the field more often.
