Pros
Good people to work with Help each other out
Cons
Pay does not compensate the work load Tricore works us like slaves. They find any excuse not to give us a raise. Oh wait they did give us a raise!... (5 cent raise)That was a slap on the face. What a joke! Tricore recently bought a check in system that does not work always breaking down adding more stress on employees. They say there's no money for raises yet they spent who knows how much money on this new trash system. We are to complete competency testing and policy testing when tricore doesn't follow any of their policies. A lot of us have children and tricore has not helped us through out this pandemic with schools being closed and delayed instead they make us feel bad for not being at work and pressure us to come back as soon as possible. We are overwhelmed with work and instead of them helping us they give us more steps to take even longer to process people in and then they still have higher up management come and and observe us to figure out how we can take even more patients in and faster. How about they try to find a way to make employees happy and less stress. But all they care about is how they can make more money. By working us harder. Many hard working people that have been with tricore for years are leaving because they feel unappreciated and under paid. Tricore is so cheap, full time employees only get a set of scrubs for the whole year. We look like trash going into work and our uniforms dont even fit right or match the colors. Not only do we feel like trash going into work with raggedy uniforms but we feel like trash by the way we get treated at work too. We should be able to feel good going in to work every morning. Instead, we dread going in to work. Supervisors don't have our backs. Half hour lunches if possible. No breaks even though they are mandatory. We lack equipment to do our jobs in a proficient way.
