Pros

No pros to mention really. Its a job, bout it. Oh, you get a free gym membership if you qualify for the insurance lol

Cons

Basically the company has reached insolvency. Layoffs, cuts in labor, no raises in sight for years. This company should be out-of business if it weren't for its 2 parent companies keeping it alive, barely. Mismanaged from the top down who are caught up in "mind-set" over sound and effective business practice. Tricore wont be around in the next couple of years, I hope lol!

Pros

Our contribution to healthcare in the region. Top notch lab.

Cons

Employees are allowed to treat anyone and everyone with utter unprofessionalism and hostility. This is true in projects, meetings, email, phone or in person. Once reported which we are encouraged to do, it's swept under the rug.
