Decent benefits, pleasant coworkers, and the company is motivated and offers a vision to meet future challenges.

Cons

Poor scientific leadership in some departments, micromanagement, unwillingness to listen to concerns of technical staff. Do as I say, not as I do, attitude by some.

You get a paycheck that comes every two weeks. People in the labs are pretty nice if they are happy.

Cons

High turn over, the people that are really happy are the supervisors and managers... the lower ranks not so much.
