Pros

CEO makes you feel part of something bigger than yourself. Like a mascot that pumps you up.

Cons

HR makes the calls. You soon realize your working hard for nothing and find it very difficult to be promoted or move up. Language in paperwork makes it very easy for any supervisor or manager or director to hold you down. Lots of favoritism and bad managers who get all the perks while the majority do the hard work.
