Supervisors are very friendly and easy to talk to. There's a lot of over time, if you want to work.

Cons

Equipment doesn't usually work when it's supposed to. Computer systems always go down, which makes the job harder and makes patients wait time longer. There's always changes, one day you'll go into work and do things one way, and the next it will be completely the opposite. A lot of employees call off, and the ones that do work get stuck covering for those that don't feel the desire to work their shift.

Pros

Great people. Most people seem dedicated and engaged. Employees ready to embrace change. Leadership fosters an agile workforce.

Cons

Some people out for themselves and willing to destroy systems to establish power. Friendships between directors and regular staff affect some teams performance. Human Capital Management knows about these "friendships" and has made no attempt to remedy the situation. Some leaders play favorities to the detriment of their departments.
